1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vital Procollagen website (“Website”) and any purchases made through it. The Website is operated by Quantico Power (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Eligibility & Geographic Availability

  • This Website is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly sell to minors.
  • We currently sell and ship within the United States. We may cancel or refund orders placed from outside the U.S.

3. Product Information & Dietary Supplement Disclaimers

Vital Procollagen products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness purposes. Content on this Website is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using dietary supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

FDA Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Billing Descriptor

Pricing, discounts, taxes, shipping (if applicable), and order details are shown at checkout before you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Billing Descriptor: Charges may appear on your card statement as Vital Procollagen.

5. Payments, Tokenization & Security (Enigma Vault)

To process payments securely and support features like subscriptions and saved payment methods, we use PCI-compliant payment providers and PCI-DSS Level 1 vaulting/tokenization services (such as Enigma Vault). Your raw payment card data is tokenized and stored securely off-site; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Payments may be routed through one or more processors (including Stripe, Authorize.net, and/or PayPal) depending on your selected payment method and our payment routing controls.

6. Saved Payment Methods (Optional)

If you choose to save your payment method for faster checkout in the future (for example, by selecting a “Save my card” option), you authorize us and our PCI-compliant vaulting partners to store a secure payment token for future purchases you initiate.

  • Saving a payment method is optional and not a condition of purchase.
  • You may remove saved payment methods at any time in your account (or by contacting support).
  • Saving a card does not create a subscription.

7. Subscribe & Save (Auto-Renewal Subscriptions)

If you purchase a subscription (“Subscribe & Save”), your subscription will renew automatically until you cancel. You authorize Quantico Power (Vital Procollagen) to charge your saved payment method for recurring shipments at the amount and frequency shown in your Order Summary (and/or in your account) until you cancel.

How Renewals Work: Each subscription renewal may create a new renewal order and a corresponding charge to your saved payment method when the renewal is processed for shipment.

Manage or Cancel: You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through My Account (or by contacting support). To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled rebill/processing time.

Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment method or notify you to update your billing details. If we cannot collect payment, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

8. Order Bumps & Post-Purchase Offers (FunnelKit)

We may offer optional add-ons during checkout or after purchase (e.g., one-click upsells). If you accept an offer, you authorize a one-time additional charge to the same payment method used for your order. These offers are not subscriptions unless clearly stated as such.

9. Shipping

Estimated processing and delivery timelines are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Affiliate Program & Tracking

We may operate an affiliate program and use affiliate tracking to attribute referrals (e.g., Solid Affiliate). Affiliates do not receive your full payment information.

12. Marketing Communications

Marketing messages (email/SMS) are optional and sent only if you opt in. Transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, billing notices) may be sent as part of providing the service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantico Power will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or products.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please contact support first so we can try to resolve it informally. Where permitted, any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.
