1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vital Procollagen website and online store (the "Website") and all purchases made through it.
Vital Procollagen is a brand operated by Quantico Power, Inc. ("Vital Procollagen," "we," "us," or "our"). Quantico Power, Inc. is the legal entity responsible for Website sales, customer billing, order processing, fulfillment, subscription administration, customer service, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Eligibility and Geographic Availability
- The Website is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly sell to minors.
- We currently sell and ship within the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States may be canceled and refunded.
3. Product Information and Dietary Supplement Disclaimers
Vital Procollagen products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness purposes. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using dietary supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, scheduled for laboratory testing, or have a medical condition.

4. Orders, Pricing, Shipping, and Billing Descriptor
Product prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, subscription frequency, and other order details are displayed before you place an order. We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order because of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or Website errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your card statement as Vital Procollagen.
5. Payments, Tokenization, and Security
We use PCI-compliant payment processors and tokenization or vaulting providers to process payments securely. Your raw payment card information may be tokenized and stored securely by those providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our local Website servers.
Payments may be routed through one or more payment processors, including Stripe, Authorize.net, and/or PayPal, depending on the payment method and processing configuration available at checkout.
6. Saved Payment Methods
If you choose to save a payment method for future purchases, you authorize Vital Procollagen and its PCI-compliant payment providers to store a secure payment token. Saving a payment method is optional, does not create a subscription, and may be managed through My Account or customer support where available.
7. Subscribe & Save Auto-Renewal Subscriptions
If you select Subscribe & Save, the subscription renews automatically until canceled. You authorize Vital Procollagen to charge the saved payment method for recurring orders at the price and frequency shown in the Order Summary, checkout disclosures, and/or My Account.
Renewals
Each renewal may create a new order and a corresponding charge when the renewal is processed for shipment. Applicable taxes and any disclosed charges will be added as shown at checkout or in your account.
Manage, Skip, Pause, Reschedule, or Cancel
You may manage, skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through My Account or by contacting support@vitalprocollagen.com.
To prevent your next scheduled charge and shipment, complete the request at least 48 hours before the next scheduled rebill or processing time. Requests received after that cutoff will stop future renewals, but the next order may already have been charged or entered processing and may no longer be stoppable.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment method and/or ask you to update your billing information. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription.
8. Optional Add-Ons and Post-Purchase Offers
We may present optional add-ons during checkout or after purchase. If you accept an add-on, you authorize a one-time additional charge to the payment method used for the order. An add-on is not a subscription unless it is clearly identified and accepted as a recurring offer.
9. Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are described in the Refund & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee
Returns, refunds, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, damaged or missing orders, and related procedures are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Website, Vital Procollagen name and branding, product images, graphics, text, videos, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Vital Procollagen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
12. Affiliate Program and Tracking
We may use affiliate links and tracking technologies to attribute referrals and calculate commissions. Affiliates do not receive your full payment card information.
13. Marketing Communications
Marketing emails and texts are optional and sent under the Vital Procollagen name when you opt in or as otherwise permitted by law. Transactional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, billing notices, and subscription reminders, may be sent as part of providing the requested service.
Commercial emails include a way to unsubscribe. You may also contact support@vitalprocollagen.com to request removal from marketing email lists.
14. SMS Program Terms
- Program Name: Vital Procollagen SMS Notifications.
- Purpose: Transactional texts about orders and subscriptions, payment verification alerts when required, and marketing texts when you separately opt in.
- Message Frequency: Varies based on account activity and marketing selections.
- Message and Data Rates: May apply.
- Help: Reply HELP or contact support@vitalprocollagen.com.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for any express guarantee stated on the Website or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Procollagen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Website, products, orders, subscriptions, or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
17. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact support@vitalprocollagen.com first so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Where permitted by law, disputes will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top identifies the most recent revision. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
