How Your Subscribe & Save Shipments Work

With Subscribe & Save, you choose which products you receive and how often. You can keep everything in a single shipment or create separate shipments with different delivery dates.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. During busy seasons or holidays, carriers may take a little longer.

How Your Deliveries Are Organized

In your account, you will see your subscriptions grouped into “Subscription Shipment” cards. Each card represents one recurring shipment with a single frequency.

1. Add more to this shipment

Use this when you want several products in the same box and on the same schedule.

  • How to use it: click the “+ Explore & add more to this shipment” button inside the card.
  • What it does: adds another subscription product (for example, Digestive Enzymes) to that same shipment.

Result:

  • All products in that card are billed together.
  • They are shipped together with the same delivery date and frequency.
Example: you want Vital Procollagen and Digestive Enzymes every 30 days. You add them to the same shipment card. Both products will arrive together every 30 days in one convenient, unified shipment.
2. Add a new subscription

Use this when you want products with different frequencies.

  • How to use it: click the “+ Add new subscription” button below your shipment cards.
  • What it does: creates a second, independent shipment with its own delivery date.

Result:

  • You will see two (or more) “Subscription Shipment” cards in your account.
  • Each card has its own frequency and next delivery date.
Example: you keep Vital Procollagen shipping every 30 days in one shipment, and you create a new subscription for Astaxanthin every 45 days. You will have one card for Vital Procollagen (30 days) and another for Astaxanthin (45 days). Each shipment is billed and shipped separately, so you always receive the right product at the right time.
